I am proud to announce that I will participate as a testimonial in the 1st Edition of the Master “Organizational Design, Data and Artificial Intelligence: the levers of business transformation”, a program focused on organizational design and transformation through the levers of design, data, and artificial intelligence applied to companies—towards new frontiers of work, leadership, coordination, well-being, and productivity.

I firmly believe that companies wishing to remain truly competitive can no longer do without the integration of these decisive levers. This is exactly what I am working on at Var Group, transforming it into an Open Platform Organization by adopting a distributed leadership model. For this reason, I will be among the testimonials of this important training program, sharing my experience as a CEO and leader committed to making my company more fluid and able to face today’s dynamism with new organizational models.

These are the very pillars on which the new master, promoted by Sole 24 ORE Formazione in collaboration with Kopernicana, is built. It is designed for top and senior managers, HR executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who wish to lead change within their organizations.

The Master will start on October 10, 2025 and end on December 13, 2025, with both live streaming and in-person classes, structured across 5 intensive weekends with 12 faculty members.
The goal: to prepare professionals capable of leading organizational transformations with competence, systemic vision, and tangible results.
