Var Group Dach Area Kick off: here we go!

I’ve always dreamed of Var Group as an international company, and this dream is becoming ever-more tangible and real. I’m still excited to have shared our Var Group GmbH Kick-Off with our colleagues in the highly strategic DACH area. A day of much laughter but also moments for reflection, confirmation and new challenges that will see us take the field with passion and tenacity.

Just a few years ago, moving from one country to another to celebrate our Kick-Offs seemed a dream. Today it is a solid and established reality embracing different cultures, people and styles - all united under the Var Group’s values. What unites us is not just a logo or a name: it is our common mentality. The courage to actively shape change. The willingness to take responsibility. And above all: confidence in the power of cohesion.
