Podcast La Tech Made in Italy #117 – Change through Innovation, People, and an International Vision

I’m happy to share that I am the guest of episode #117 of the podcast La Tech Made in Italy, a wonderful space for dialogue on Italian technological innovation.

In this interview, I talked about my personal journey and how it intertwines with that of Var Group, a company that has been supporting businesses in their digital transformation for decades, always putting people at the center. A journey shaped by evolution, listening, vision, and a great deal of passion.

We also touched on many other topics: leadership, corporate culture, digital transformation, identity, and authenticity—subjects that are very close to my heart and that I have also explored in my book Braveship—the story of a leader who drives change firsthand with determination and a touch of boldness.
