Let’s meet at AI week: evolving AI synergies between people, technology and organisational structures

Within companies the integration of different forms of intelligence, including artificial intelligence, is becoming a tangible reality, changing their appearance and dynamics.
This topic is close to my heart and is one we face every day at Var Group, so I’m happy to be talking about it on 14 May, on the main stage at AI WEEK, in a presentation entitled "Agents with a soul - When human, artificial and organisational intelligence meet" describing the evolving synergy between people, technology and organisational structures.

Attending the largest Italian event on AI is of fundamental importance, to convey a vision in which technology is not simply a set of mathematical models but a new key to rethinking the ways we work, decide and collaborate.
We live in a new era in which AI not only responds but is also able to anticipate; it does not simply process, but understands; it does not limit itself to assisting, but collaborates in all respects, thanks to its ability to automate decisions and above all to take action.
 
The opening up of so many opportunities for companies can create a sense of confusion in the business, where keeping up can be difficult. In my speech I will talk, from my point of view as an entrepreneur, about how to best integrate the most advanced AI for the benefit of organisations.

The event will also be attended by my colleagues Alfredo Barbieri, Francesca Fortunato and Susanna Pinotti who will talk about the interaction between the people who work in the company andvagentification , about their experiences and the developments of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and about how our AI, powered by IBM watsonx, is able to understand the specific language of the organisation and respond consistently.
