The launch of my book marked a new era. With Braveship I completely laid my soul bare by telling my personal story and that of the company.

The same was true at the microphone of Scatenate: I opened up to Mapi Danna, sharing my experience of radical and human leadership.

From competitive sport to business, from motherhood to the organisational revolution, I talked of how I am leading change based on trust, listening and shared responsibility. I told my story, a story of courage, freedom and transformation.

At the heart of the story is also my motherhood, experienced as a precious moment and not incompatible with a role at the top. The episode also talks openly about gender prejudices and I speak with honesty about difficulties, the criticisms of others and the feelings of guilt that lurk around the corner.
