See you at the presentation of the book Braveship

I can't clearly describe how I felt the first time I held my first book in my hands.

Braveship recounts my experience, my life, and how this is tightly interweaved with the life of the organisation I work for.

It is a genuine and heartfelt account of my journey and long-term quest to change the paradigms of companies and rid them of hierarchies, to make them free and inclusive.

What prevents us from being fully ourselves at work, from growing, from having fun while contributing value? What drives us to wear masks, to play at roles, inadvertently reinforcing stereotypes that suffocate what makes us human in our time at work? What stops companies from making room for people’s autonomy, for mutual respect and the evolution of talents and individual inclinations? What undermines the connection between business cases and fairness cases, between doing what is expedient and doing what is right?
