A Night to Shine: Var Group Italy Kick Off

Our Kick Off, A Night to Shine, was so much more than a company event: it was a love song we sang together, blending voices, energy, and vision. A special moment to reunite, celebrate our achievements, and prepare for the challenges ahead with enthusiasm and determination.

The evening opened with the Shine Talk, an authentic and inspiring conversation. I had the honor of inaugurating this space by sharing with all the people of Var Group the milestones of the past year and the goals that will guide our journey into the future. Together with some colleagues, we then discussed training, innovation, and inclusion—values that represent the very foundations of our growth. It was truly moving to see how these words come to life every day thanks to the contribution of everyone at Var Group.

As I always say, the first goal is “to have fun”—and that’s when music took over. Thanks to a special guest, the room came together in a single chorus, with generations and stories joining their voices on the same notes. It was a moment of pure connection, where everyone felt part of something bigger.

To close the evening in style, the electrifying energy of Superpop lit up the stage with rhythm, smiles, and joy. An explosive finale that left us all with the lightness and happiness of being together.

The Kick Off was truly a “night to shine”: we celebrated the past, looked to the future, and—above all—strengthened that sense of belonging that makes Var Group such a unique reality.
